LLC Daers-Finance was formed in 1999 and in October of the same year got the License of the state customs Committee of Russia. The first declarations were filed in the activity zone of the Energy customs of the state customs Committee of Russia. Energy carriers have become for many years the main product, issued with the participation of LLC Daers-Finance specialists. Over the following years, LLC Daers-Finance gained experience in registration of oil, petroleum products, electricity, natural and liquefied gas, coal and coke, shale, peat, claimed for registration in various customs procedures.

Now LLC Daers-Finance is the customs representative (Federal customs service of Russia certificate No. 0166/13 от 28.05.2019 about inclusion to the Register of customs representatives) and the forwarding company. There are more than 80 Russian companies and companies of neighboring countries, among which there are leading manufacturers and exporters of oil, oil products, gas, auto and machinery manufacturers, importers and exporters of large technological equipment and production lines.

The long-term experience and high qualification of our experts, modern material and technical base of our organization allow us to make customs registration of our customers’ goods in the shortest possible time and to solve any matter arising during customs registration.

Since 2000, LLC Daers-Finance has experience of cooperation with the Federal customs service of Russia in the framework of centralized customs duties payment with the participation of the largest oil companies in Russia.

LLC Daers-Finance is the first customs representative who implemented the electronic declaring form of energy carriers in daily practice. Our experience with the electronic Declaration systems is more than 14 years.

Our company owns an offices chain in Novorossiysk, Temryuk, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Orsk, Kaliningrad and the air hub Sheremetyevo. Our chain is able to solve the issues of both customs clearance and complex service of our customers’ goods. This includes freight forwarding services, as well as related services in the field of mandatory customs procedures for transshipment of goods from one mode of transport to another. At the same time, we have all the necessities for the accelerated formation of additional regional structural units based on the needs of our customers.

We have successful experience in organization of customs clearance and freight forwarding services on newly introduced transport terminal systems, such as: JSC CPC, LLC NaftaTrans, BTS 1, the terminal of JSC Tamanneftegaz, as well as successful experience in registration of technologically complex deliveries with the participation of PJSC Transneft and JSC Transnefteproduct.
